A few words about me
As a “specialised all-rounder” I pursue the triad of agile methods, communication and empowerment. I accompany teams from the introduction of new working methods to self-optimisation. An agile management understanding creates an appreciative framework.
In my role as a coach, I am particularly enthusiastic about enabling my team to take personal responsibility. Structured communication at eye level is the most important instrument in my extensive toolbox. Sounds dramatic overall, but it’s really a lot of fun!

Creating value for customers means: Getting out of the meeting room!
As a product owner, the customer value is the most important thing for me – the real one, not the one invented in the meeting room! I use this understanding on the one hand for my work in the backlog and on the other hand for the inspiration of my team. Focus is a driver of speed!
